The JARON Power Amplifier series delivers high output power and efficiency across DC–40 GHz, ideal for radar transmitters, communication systems, and test instrumentation. With saturated output up to +40 dBm and power-added efficiency (PAE) exceeding 45%, it ensures robust linear amplification in compact MMIC form.

Product Overview

     The JARON Power Amplifier adopts advanced GaAs pHEMT process technology to achieve high gain and superior efficiency. Each device provides stable broadband power output and can be configured for driver or final-stage use. Compact QFN and die options allow flexible integration in RF front-end systems, communication modules, and instrumentation amplifiers.
