JARON kuchaytirgichi yuqori kuchlanish va yuqori samaradorlikni ta'minlash uchun ilg'or GaAs pHEMT jarayon texnologiyasidan foydalanydi. Har bir qurilma barqaror keng diapazonli quvvat chiqishini ta'minlaydi hamda haydash yoki yakuniy bosqich sifatida sozlanishi mumkin. Zich QFN hamda die variantlari RF oldingi tizimlariga, aloqa modullariga hamda o'lchov kuchaytirgichlariga moslashtirilgan ixcham birlashish imkonini beradi.
