Product Overview

     The TLV74133PDQNR from TI is a fixed-output 3.3 V, 150 mA low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator. It supports an input voltage range from 1.4 V to 5.5 V, enabling stable output even at low input voltages. It offers low quiescent current (~50 µA typical) and excellent line/load transient performance, and is stable with a small 1 µF ceramic output capacitor.
