Product Overview
The TPS2065DR from TI is a high-side power distribution switch designed for load-switch applications such as USB ports, power-rail protection, and heavy-capacitive loads. It supports an input range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and features a typical 70 mΩ on-resistance.
It includes a high-side N-channel MOSFET driven by an internal charge pump to manage rise/fall times and minimize inrush current. It also integrates current-limiting, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown.
