Rectificadores de Puente de Alta Corriente con Capacidad Mejorada de Pico para Aplicaciones de Energía e Industriales
Los rectificadores puente serie GBJL/GBJU-6KBJ adoptan un compacto paquete 6KBJ, con niveles de corriente que van de 15A a 50A, voltaje inverso hasta 1000V, caída de voltaje directo tan baja como 0.9~0.97V, excelente capacidad de soporte de corriente de pico (hasta 500A), adecuados para necesidades de rectificación en entornos duros. Adecuados para el proceso de soldadura por onda, ampliamente utilizados en módulos de puente rectificador, máquinas de soldar y otros escenarios.
