Hoogstroombruggelijkrichters met verbeterde piekstroomcapaciteit voor energie- en industriële toepassingen
De GBJL/GBJU-6KBJ-serie brugrectifiers gebruiken een compacte 6KBJ-verpakking, met stroomniveaus variërend van 15A tot 50A, terugstroomspanning tot 1000V, voorwaartse spanningdrop zo laag als 0.9~0.97V, uitstekende piekstroomdraagkracht (tot 500A), geschikt voor rechtingsbehoeften in strenge omgevingen. Aanpasbaar aan geautomatiseerd golfloodproces, breedtoepelig in rectifierbrugmodules, lasmachines, voeders en andere scenario's.
