Product Overview

     The VIPER22ADIP-E is part of STMicroelectronics’ VIPer22A family, integrating an 800 V MOSFET and PWM controller for universal-input flyback designs. It supports low standby consumption, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and primary-side regulation. With a robust DIP-8 package, it is widely used in 2–15 W AC-DC auxiliary supplies and industrial power systems.
