Product Overview

     The ULN2003D1013TR is the tape-and-reel version of STMicroelectronics’ classic ULN2003 seven-channel Darlington array, integrating seven NPN Darlington pairs with a common diode network for inductive load protection.

     Each channel supports up to 500 mA sink current with 50 V output capability, and the TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs allow direct drive from MCUs and logic circuits. The integrated clamp diodes protect against inductive kickback, making the device ideal for relay boards, stepper motor controllers, and industrial interface modules.
