Product Overview
The TPS62200DBVR is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down (buck) converter from TI. It supports an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 6 V, with output voltage adjustable from 0.7 V up to VIN. Maximum output current is 300 mA. At nominal load, the switching frequency is about 1 MHz, and under light load conditions the part enters power-save mode, achieving typical quiescent current around 15 µA. Packaged in SOT-23-5 (DBV), it is ideal for space-constrained and low-power portable designs.
