Product Overview

     The TPS54332DDAR is a wide-input (3.5 V to 28 V) step-down (buck) converter from TI, capable of delivering up to 3.5 A output current. It operates at a fixed switching frequency of 1 MHz, enabling simplified external compensation and the use of ceramic output capacitors.

     Featuring Eco-Mode™ operation for high efficiency at light loads and a shutdown quiescent current of approximately 1 µA, it is ideal for battery-powered and energy-sensitive systems. The device integrates a high-side MOSFET (typical R_DS(on) ≈ 80 mΩ) and includes UVLO, soft-start, over-voltage transient protection, cycle-by-cycle current-limit, frequency fold-back and thermal shutdown.
