The TL431ACDBVR from Texas Instruments is a three-terminal adjustable precision shunt reference with a 2.495V Vref. Using an external divider, the output can be set from 2.495V up to 36V. It offers low dynamic impedance (typ. 0.2Ω), a wide 1–100mA operating current range, and an industrial temperature rating of –40°C to +125°C. The compact SOT-23 (DBV) package enables easy integration in high-density designs for secondary regulation, threshold detection, precision referencing, and closed-loop feedback. RoHS/REACH compliant; MSL Level-1 @ 260°C.
