Product Overview

     The TL072CDT is an SO-8 tape-and-reel version of STMicroelectronics’ TL07x family of low-noise JFET-input dual operational amplifiers, integrating high-voltage JFETs with bipolar transistors on a monolithic die to deliver high input impedance, low distortion, and high slew rate for demanding analog front-end designs.

     With ±15 V supplies, the device offers around 4 MHz gain-bandwidth and up to 16 V/µs slew rate, with typical input bias current of about 20 pA, input offset around 3 mV, and noise density near 15 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, making it well suited for wideband, low-noise audio and instrumentation amplifiers.

     The TL072CDT supports wide common-mode and differential input ranges combined with internal frequency compensation, short-circuit protection, and latch-up-free operation, enabling stable use on both single- and dual-supply rails across general-purpose amplification, power monitoring, active filtering, audio buffering, and signal-conditioning applications.
