The TL072CDT is an SO-8 tape-and-reel version of STMicroelectronics’ TL07x family of low-noise JFET-input dual operational amplifiers, integrating high-voltage JFETs with bipolar transistors on a monolithic die to deliver high input impedance, low distortion, and high slew rate for demanding analog front-end designs.
With ±15 V supplies, the device offers around 4 MHz gain-bandwidth and up to 16 V/µs slew rate, with typical input bias current of about 20 pA, input offset around 3 mV, and noise density near 15 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, making it well suited for wideband, low-noise audio and instrumentation amplifiers.
