Product Overview
JARON Switches utilize GaAs pHEMT and GaN-on-SiC technologies to achieve high power handling, low insertion loss, and excellent isolation across 0.1–18 GHz. They are suitable for both transmit/receive (T/R) modules and high-frequency signal routing applications, providing reliable performance in compact packages.
