Ultra-low-power 32-bit MCU built on an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with FPU running up to 80 MHz, featuring 256 KB Flash and 64 KB SRAM in a compact 48-pin LQFP package, with rich analog and digital peripherals for cost-effective industrial, portable, and IoT edge designs.
Product Overview
The STM32L431CCT6 is part of STMicroelectronics’ STM32L4 ultra-low-power family, specifically the STM32L431xx line, using an 80 MHz Cortex-M4F core that combines low energy with 32-bit performance, reaching about 100 DMIPS.
It integrates 256 KB of Flash and 64 KB of SRAM, connected via a multilayer AHB bus matrix and DMA controllers to provide high-bandwidth data movement between core and peripherals, making it suitable for protocol stacks, low-power real-time tasks, and local signal processing.
Housed in a 48-pin LQFP package, it exposes up to about 38 multiplexed I/Os and supports QSPI, SAI, CAN, USART, SPI, and I²C interfaces, operating from 1.71–3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C, which fits compact and power-constrained controller boards.
