32-bit high-performance MCU built on an Arm® Cortex®-M7 core with double-precision FPU and L1 caches, running up to 480 MHz and featuring 2 MB dual-bank Flash and 1 MB RAM, with three 16-bit ADCs, dual DACs, Ethernet MAC, USB OTG FS/HS, LCD-TFT controller and rich timers, targeting advanced industrial control, motion control, communication gateways and graphic HMI systems.

Product Overview

     The STM32H743VIT6 is a member of ST’s STM32H743/753 high-performance family. It embeds an Arm Cortex-M7 core up to 480 MHz with double-precision FPU, L1 instruction/data caches and an MPU, delivering about 1027 DMIPS and over 2400 CoreMark, well suited for compute-intensive and real-time applications.

     It features 2 MB dual-bank Flash and 1 MB of on-chip RAM, including 192 KB of TCM RAM (64 KB ITCM + 128 KB DTCM), up to 864 KB of user SRAM and 4 KB backup SRAM, all interconnected via a multilayer AXI fabric and multiple AHB bus matrices for high-bandwidth, low-latency access even at high CPU frequency.

     Packaged in a 100-pin LQFP, it exposes up to 82 multiplexed I/O pins and integrates Ethernet MAC, USB OTG FS/HS (with on-chip FS PHY), FMC external memory controller, dual-mode Quad-SPI, LCD-TFT controller, Chrom-ART graphics accelerator, fast ADC/DAC and 22 timers, making it an excellent core for complex control boards, gateways and advanced HMI controllers.
