Product Overview

     The STM32G0B1CBT6 is part of the STM32G0B1/G0C1 enhanced mainstream line, offering expanded memory, richer peripherals, increased bus performance, and stronger security compared to base G0 devices — positioning it as a flagship M0+ controller for mid-range control systems and multi-interface designs.

     Powered by a 64 MHz Cortex-M0+ core, the device features 128 KB Flash, 36 KB SRAM, and supports up to 12 USART/LPUART, 6 SPI/I²S, and 6 I²C interfaces, plus a USB 2.0 FS device controller and FDCAN with CAN FD protocol support, making it ideal for communication-heavy and protocol-enabled systems.

     Its analog subsystem includes a 12-bit 2.5 MSPS ADC, 12-bit DAC, comparators, op-amp, and a rich timer set (advanced, general-purpose, low-power timers), plus TrustZone-like RDP levels, Flash secure area, hardware CRC, and RNG for system security. Packaged in LQFP-48, it exposes up to 37 GPIOs, operates from 1.7–3.6 V, and delivers strong EMC robustness with multiple low-power modes, suiting long-lifetime industrial and appliance deployments.
