The STM32G030K6T6 is part of ST’s STM32G0x0 value line, built around a 64 MHz Cortex-M0+ core and optimized for cost-effective designs that still require solid performance and integrated peripherals.
With 32 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, MPU, CRC unit, DMA, watchdogs, and low-power RTC, it operates reliably across 2.0–3.6 V and –40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
In a 32-LQFP package with up to 30 I/Os and a 12-bit ADC up to 2.5 Msps (up to 16 channels), it fits compact control boards that require both digital control and analog sensing.
