The STM32F407ZET6 is part of ST’s STM32F4 high-performance family, delivering up to 210 DMIPS on a Cortex-M4F core with DSP instructions and hardware floating-point support, targeting demanding embedded applications that require both performance and abundant peripherals.
It integrates 512 KB of on-chip Flash, 192 KB of SRAM, plus 4 KB of backup SRAM, all connected via a multilayer AHB bus matrix to ensure high-bandwidth data transfers between CPU, DMA, and peripherals.
Packaged in a 144-pin LQFP, it offers up to 114 multiplexed I/Os, giving designers ample flexibility for industrial controllers, communication gateways, and other high-pin-count designs.
