32-bit performance-line MCU built on an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core running at 72 MHz, featuring 128 KB Flash and 20 KB SRAM with USB, CAN, seven 16-bit timers, dual 12-bit ADCs, and multiple serial interfaces, ideal for industrial control, motor drives, communication gateways, and general embedded control.
Product Overview
The STM32F103RBT6 is a medium-density performance-line device in ST’s STM32F103xB family, combining a 72 MHz Cortex-M3 core with USB full-speed and CAN connectivity for real-time and communication-centric designs.
It integrates 128 KB Flash and 20 KB SRAM, along with NVIC, DMA controller, and several low-power modes, operating over –40°C to +85/+105°C with a 2.0–3.6 V supply suitable for standard 3.3 V designs.
In a 64-pin LQFP package, it offers up to 51 5-V-tolerant I/Os with flexible pin remapping, making it suitable for compact controller boards that still need multiple interfaces.
