JARON Power Divider MMICs are monolithic GaAs-based broadband power splitters designed for microwave front-ends and measurement systems.
They provide accurate amplitude and phase balance, low insertion loss, and excellent port isolation within DC–40 GHz bandwidths.
Available in both two-way 0° dividers and three-way power dividers, these chips deliver stable signal distribution for phased-array radar, communication modules, and instrumentation setups.
