     The MAX2640AUT+T is a highly integrated low-noise RF amplifier optimized for frequencies from 300 MHz to 1.5 GHz. Built on advanced SiGe technology, this device delivers high gain, low noise figure, and strong linearity with minimal external components, making it ideal for front-end amplification in cellular, PCS, GPS, ISM, and other wireless receivers. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and draws low current, supporting efficient, compact RF designs with minimal board space.
