Product Overview
The MAX20021ATIA/V+T is a highly integrated power management IC (PMIC) that incorporates four low-voltage, high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters with integrated MOSFET switches. Each converter output can be factory or resistor configured for fixed voltages ranging from approximately 1.0 V to 4.0 V and deliver up to 1 A of current per channel. With operation over a 3.0 V to 5.5 V input supply and a fixed 3.2 MHz PWM switching frequency, the device enables compact, multi-rail point-of-load regulation for automotive and industrial system architectures.
