Product Overview

     The M24C64-RMN6TP is a 64-Kbit I²C serial EEPROM from ST’s M24C64-R family, organized as 8K × 8 bits with byte addressing, supporting byte write, page write, and sequential read as standard serial EEPROM access modes.

     It supports I²C standard, fast, and 1-MHz fast-mode plus operation, and with a 1.8–5.5 V supply range it fits 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V logic systems. Endurance is specified in the million-cycle class with typical data retention beyond 200 years, making it robust for long-life industrial and consumer products.

     The device comes in an SOIC-8 (SO8N) surface-mount package, rated for –40°C to +85°C operation and supplied in tape-and-reel for volume SMT manufacturing.
