     The LTM4625IY#PBF is a compact 4A step-down µModule® regulator integrating the controller, power switches, inductor, and supporting components into a low-profile package. Operating from a 4V–20V input range, it efficiently delivers a regulated output from 0.6V to 5.5V. Its high power density, thermal performance, and ease of layout make it ideal for space-constrained designs such as embedded systems, networking equipment, industrial modules, and FPGA/ASIC power rails.
