Three-rail simple power sequencer, input voltage 2.7 V-5.5 V, low quiescent current, SOT-23-6 package.
Product Overview
The LM3880MFX-1AD/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a simple power-sequencer designed to manage power-up and power-down sequencing of multiple independent voltage rails. Operating from 2.7 V to 5.5 V input range and a low quiescent current of about 25 µA, the device comes in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package (approx. 2.9 mm × 1.6 mm). When the enable (EN) pin is asserted, the three open-drain outputs (FLAG1, FLAG2, FLAG3) are released sequentially after programmed delays, allowing connected power supplies to start in a controlled order. During power-down the flags go in reverse to avoid latch-up. Up to three parts can be cascaded to manage up to nine voltage rails.
