Complete Series of 05D Compact Varistors (K / KJ Types) for Surge Suppression
The MOV 05D Series Metal Oxide Varistors (including K and KJ types) are compact overvoltage protection components widely used in AC power inputs, signal interfaces, and power circuit protection. These varistors offer fast response time, high non-linear coefficient, and low residual voltage. When transient surges occur, they promptly conduct to absorb surge energy and protect downstream components. The K series is the standard type, while the KJ version features reinforced leads for higher surge current tolerance.
The MOV 05D Series is widely used for surge protection and voltage suppression in the following applications:

LED driver circuits and bulb lamp controllers
