JRN16V Series PPTC Resettable Fuse | Medium Voltage Protection for Telecom, Consumer & Industrial Devices
The JRN16V Series is a line of resettable fuses using PPTC (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient) technology, rated for 16V DC operating voltage. Designed to respond quickly to overcurrent conditions, the device transitions to a high-resistance state to limit current. Once the fault is cleared and power is removed, the fuse resets automatically, eliminating the need for replacement. With hold current options from 100mA to 3A, it's widely used in USB ports, audio/video devices, industrial controllers, consumer electronics, and lithium battery protection.
