Product Overview

     The ISO7731DWR from Texas Instruments (TI) is a high-performance triple-channel digital isolator utilizing capacitive isolation technology, providing up to 5 kVrms reinforced isolation for industrial and communication systems. It supports up to 100 Mbps data rate and offers exceptional common-mode transient immunity (CMTI > 100 kV/µs), ensuring robust communication in noisy, high-voltage environments.

     Configured as 3 forward and 1 reverse channel (3/1), the device operates from 3 V to 5.5 V supply voltage. Typical applications include industrial control systems, RS-485 and CAN bus isolation, inverter control, power monitoring, and high-voltage signal interface protection. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DWR), ISO7731DWR meets UL 1577 and VDE 0884-11 safety standards.
