High Current GBPC Bridge Rectifiers for Industrial Applications and Power Systems
The GBPC series bridge rectifiers are housed in high-strength square plastic-molded packages, supporting rated forward currents from 15A to 50A and reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1200V. Featuring excellent surge current capabilities (up to 500A) and a wide operating junction temperature range (-55°C to +150°C), they deliver reliable performance in industrial power systems, welding machines, UPS units, power tools, and automation controllers.
