The DO-15 series fast recovery rectifier diodes are compact, reliable, and optimized for high-speed switching applications. Available in 1.5A and 2A versions, these components support reverse recovery times as fast as 150ns, peak repetitive voltages up to 1000V, and surge current handling up to 60A, making them ideal for flyback converters, AC-DC power supplies, and polarity protection.
