JR8.0SMDJ Serie 8000W TVS-Diode | Ultra Hochleistung SMDJ-Gehäuse für Neue Energie- und Industrie-Anwendungen
Die JR8.0SMDJ Serie ist ein ultrahochleistungs-fähiger Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS)-Dioden, in einem großen SMDJ-Gehäuse (verbesserter DO-214AB) untergebracht, das bis zu 8000W Gipfel-Impulsleistung (8/20μs) mit <1ns schneller Reaktionszeit unterstützt. Sie ist dazu konzipiert, vor Blitzschlägen, induktiven Lastumschaltungen und hochenergetischen Spannungsspitzen zu schützen. Diese Serie ist sowohl in unidirektionaler als auch in bidirektionaler Version mit breiten Spannungsbewertungen erhältlich.
