Product Overview
The AMC23C11DWVR from Texas Instruments is a reinforced-isolation comparator with adjustable trip threshold (20 mV to 2.7 V) and optional latch function. The input and output stages are separated by a high-performance isolation barrier supporting up to 5000 VRMS or 7000 VPK according to industry standards.
It supports a high-side supply range of 3 V to 27 V and a low-side supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Housed in an 8-pin wide SOIC (DWV) package, this device is fully specified across the industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C. Ideal for high-voltage, high-noise environments such as motor drives, DC/DC converters and fault detection systems.
