24-Bit High-Precision Low-Power Δ-Σ ADC — with integrated PGA and reference, optimized for temperature, pressure, and industrial sensing applications.
Product Overview
The ADS1220IRVAR from Texas Instruments is a 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal reference, and multiplexer.
It supports up to four differential inputs (or two differential plus four single-ended), offering low noise, high resolution, and excellent long-term stability for precision measurement systems.
With an SPI interface and a 2.3V–5.5V supply range, the ADS1220 consumes only 120 µA (typical) in continuous conversion mode, making it ideal for portable and industrial sensing applications.
Packaged in a compact 16-pin VQFN (RVA), it provides high integration and robust thermal performance.
