Product Overview
The ADN8834ACBZ-R7 is a highly integrated thermoelectric cooler (TEC) controller designed to manage and stabilize temperatures using a single-chip solution. It combines a linear power stage, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage, and two zero-drift, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers to regulate bidirectional TEC current in an H-bridge configuration. By measuring thermal sensor feedback and applying PID compensation, the device drives current through a TEC module to reach and maintain a programmed temperature setpoint. The internal 2.50 V reference provides 1 % accuracy for biasing temperature sensors and programming current and voltage limits.
