Product Overview
The ADL5519ACPZ-R7 is a dual-channel wideband logarithmic detector and RF controller that accurately converts an RF input signal into a decibel-scaled output voltage. Built on high-speed SiGe technology, it offers excellent dynamic range, fast response, and stability over temperature. With two independent log detector outputs and differential output capability, it supports RF power monitoring, gain control, and VSWR measurement across communication and radar systems. Operational from 1 MHz up to 10 GHz and powered from 3.3 V to 5.5 V, it is suitable for a broad set of RF measurement and control applications.
