Product Overview
The ADF4150HVBCPZ-RL7 is a high-voltage fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer designed to generate highly stable RF frequencies up to 3.0 GHz. Featuring an integrated high-voltage charge pump and a programmable prescaler, the synthesizer can directly drive external wideband voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) and simplify tuning voltage generation without additional amplifier stages. A simple three-wire serial interface controls all on-chip registers, and programmable divider ratios produce output frequencies as low as 31.25 MHz. The RF output stage includes mute control for isolation-sensitive applications.
