De MBLS-serie brugrectifiers zijn ontworpen in een compact MBLS-verpakking conform wereldwijde normen. Met een stroomrating van 0,8A tot 2A en omgekeerde spanningen tot 1000V, zijn ze ideaal voor ruimtebeperkte AC-rectificatie-toepassingen in compacte voedingen, LED-stuurders, kleine apparaten en slimme terminals. Functies omvatten een lage voorspanningsval (tot maximaal 0,5V), ultra-lage lekstroom (maximaal 5μA), sterke piekstroomafhandeling en uitstekende thermische betrouwbaarheid (Tj: -55 tot +150°C), wat zorgt voor stabiele langdurige prestaties in strenge omstandigheden.
