Penerus Jambatan 10A~50A Arus Tinggi untuk Penukaran AC-DC Kuasa Tinggi
Siri jambatan rekifier GBJ10A hingga GBJ50A, yang ditempatkan dalam pakej epoksi 6KBJ, menawarkan keupayaan penanganan arus yang tinggi dari 10A hingga 50A, arus lonjakan hingga 500A, dan penilaian voltan dari 50V hingga 1000V. Dengan penurunan voltan hadapan tipikal 1.0V dan arus kebocoran rendah (≤5μA), rekifier ini adalah idea untuk penukaran kuasa AC-DC tenaga tinggi dalam sistem kawalan industri, UPS, pengelas elektrik, dan pendorong motor.
