The DO-15 package fast recovery diode series delivers 2A average current, 50V to 1600V reverse voltage, and recovery times down to 25ns. With low VF and high surge capabilities, they are ideal for rectification in SMPS, telecom, lighting, and high-frequency power conversion circuits.
