P6SMB 600W TVS-Diode | Hochleistungs-Spannungsspitzenunterdrückung im SMB-Gehäuse
Die TVS-Dioden der P6SMB-Serie sind in einem SMB-Gehäuse untergebracht und stellen Hochleistungs-Schutzbauelemente gegen Spannungsspitzen dar. Sie sind für eine maximale Impulsleistung von 600W (8/20μs) bei einer Reaktionszeit von <1ns ausgelegt. Die Bauelemente sind in unidirektionalen und bidirektionalen Ausführungen erhältlich, unterstützen einen breiten Spannungsbereich (5V–170V) und sind geeignet für den Schutz von Kommunikationsanschlüssen, Stromversorgungseingängen und Relaiskontakten gegen elektrostatische Entladungen (ESD), induktive Spannungsspitzen und Überspannungen durch Blitzeinschlag.
