Tube type epoxy resin sealed NTC temperature sensors are constructed using highly stable NTC thermistor chips embedded in thermoset epoxy resin and housed in metal tubing (typically copper or stainless steel). This configuration offers excellent mechanical strength, insulation, and resistance to environmental stress.
