Product Overview

     The ADUCM331WFSBCPZ-RL is a highly integrated automotive-grade microcontroller system on chip (SoC) designed for precision battery sensing and embedded monitoring. Featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core running at 16.384 MHz, the device integrates dual simultaneous 20-bit Σ-Δ ADCs with programmable gain amplifiers and an on-chip precision reference, enabling accurate measurement of battery voltage, current, and temperature. It supports LIN communication, SPI, and general-purpose I/O, with Flash, EEPROM, and SRAM memory, making it a complete embedded sensing and control solution.
