Product Overview
The MAX20002ATPB/V+ is a high-voltage synchronous buck DC/DC converter integrating high-side and low-side MOSFETs to achieve efficient step-down conversion from automotive and industrial power rails. It supports a wide input voltage range from 3.5 V to 36 V and delivers up to 2 A of continuous output current with very low quiescent current in standby. The device allows fixed or programmable output voltages between 1 V and 10 V with excellent regulation and features protection and monitoring functions suitable for harsh automotive environments.
